Is this assisted living?
No. The Savoy at 301 is not an assisted living community. It’s designed for independent adults age 62 and better who are looking for a comfortable, maintenance-free lifestyle in a welcoming senior community. It’s a great fit for those who want to simplify life while staying active and independent.
Is transportation available?
Transportation services are not available at this time. However, the community is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and everyday essentials, making it easy for residents to get where they need to go.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are warmly welcome at The Savoy at 301! We know they’re part of the family. There is a $300 deposit per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

What is the guest policy?
Residents are always welcome to have guests visit and stay in their apartment for up to 14 days.

The Savoy at 301 offers 12-month lease terms, providing residents with a stable and predictable living arrangement. This allows you to enjoy your apartment and community with peace of mind while planning for the year ahead.

Yes! The building includes elevator access, making it easy and convenient for residents to reach their apartment homes and enjoy all the community spaces.
What is included in the rent?
Rent at The Savoy at 301 includes a washer and dryer in every apartment, as well as cable and internet service. These conveniences are designed to make everyday living easier and more enjoyable for our residents.
