Are utilities included?

Yes. Each apartment home includes a washer and dryer, as well as cable and internet, providing added convenience for residents.

Is this assisted living?

No. The Savoy at 301 is not an assisted living community. It is designed for independent adults age 62 and older who want to enjoy comfortable apartment living in a senior community setting.

Is transportation available?

Transportation services are not available at this time.

What is the pet policy?

Pets are welcome at The Savoy at 301. There is a $300 deposit per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet.

What is the guest policy?

Residents are welcome to have guests visit and stay in their apartment for up to 14 days.

What are the lease terms?

The community offers 12-month lease terms for residents.

Is there elevator access?

Yes. The building includes elevator access, allowing residents to easily reach their apartment homes and community areas.

What is included in the rent?

Rent includes a washer and dryer in each apartment, as well as cable and internet service, helping make everyday living more convenient.
